ISBET is mandated to provide technical support and advice to relatively small NGOs in developing countries engaged in programs of child and family development free of cost where possible or at cost price. Its principal concern is the education of children with emphasis on the girl child. Its services are also available to international donors whose programs fall in line with ISBET objectives.
